$30.00 FLAT RATE PARTY FEE FOR USE OF ALL FACILITIES AND ALL ADULTS TO ATTEND- IN ADDITION TO YOUR PARTY AND ADD-ONS THAT YOU CHOOSE
You will have use of 3 picnic tables we will reserve for you.. we will also have trash cans, etc. for your use too. We will check on you throughout your party to make sure all is going well!
You may bring snacks, cake, drinks, décor.. whatever you prefer to make your party a success!
* We do not provide ICE OR ANY REFRIGERATION SERVICES.
We encourage you to bring a small table for your food or gifts.
You may decorate your tables. However, we ONLY allow PAINTERS TAPE ON OUR TABLES-NO OTHER KIND PLEASE. We don't allow any nails, push pins etc, anywhere! If you plan to have a pinata you will need to pack string to hang it and the space it will hang must be approved by a staff member at Holly Fork Farm.
All decor, tape, etc. are to be removed before you leave -thank you abiding by our rules-we appreciate that!
Your party participants are to be supervised and in your control at all times !!
Things to keep in mnd- if a sibling attends and wants to participate in the package you will be expected to pay for them as well.
If you have to cancel for any reason please CALL OR EMAIL US 5 days before your party.
NOTE** The only weekend we do not have any parties at the farm is the THIRD Saturday and Sunday in Oct. due to our annual Harvest Hoedown**
Payment is due the day of the party- we accept cash/debit/credit.

painters tape, scissors, a match or lighter for your candles, table covering, a pack of wipes incase you need them for easy clean up during your party-WE DON'T PROVIDE ANY OF THESE ITEMS-Thank you for understanding!
Fall Option ONE
Will include use of 3 picnic tables reserved for you, game area, tire maze, and visit the animals
Hayride for participants and pumpkin picking from our special kid-friendly patch (we will show you where this is located)
Each paid participant- will also receive a farm sticker too!!
The cost of this package is $13.50 per participant
Fall Option TWO
This includes EVERYTHING in option one AND each paid participant will also receive a small bag of corn/feed to toss out the animals.
The cost of this package is $14.75 per participant
Fall Option THREE
This includes EVERYTHING from options one and two AND each paid participant will also receive one launching pumpkin to launch at the launcher.
ADD-ONS TO ANY PACKAGE-- JUMP PAD 5.00/jumper Barrel Train Car Ride 5.00/rider
Scarecrow slide 5.00 each Bouncy Castles 5.00/each
Jumbo inflatable obstacle course 5.00/each

SPRING parties begin each season in late April ( this depends on the date of our spring opening) and can be booked through approximately May 20 each spring
Keep in mind that if a sibling attends and wants to participate in the package you will be expected to pay for them as well.

(The tour will be geared toward to age level of the group)
The cost of this package is $12.00 per participant
STRAWBERRY SEASON OPTION (the season is usually from Approximately late April to the end of May-It just depends on the crop and the length of the season and CAN VARY DEPENDS and also ON WEATHER)
This includes EVERYTHING in option one AND each paid participant will go to the strawberry patch with their adult helper and pick a PINT of ripe, yummy strawberries!!
The cost of this package is $16.00 per participant
